The mistake many leaders make is to put more attention on the content of their message than on the inspirational connection through which it flows. That is why this training shows you how to bring together both components - Relational Presence as the ground from which to speak and the expertise you want to share with your audience. This twofold mastery will enable you to lock in your capacity to naturally inspire your listeners into their power.

You will have abundant opportunities to “get out of your own way” and allow your wisdom, experience, and authority to emerge and flow from the core of your being.

In this 2-day training, you will…

Learn a simple format to masterfully open a talk or training that will engage your listeners.

Discover the ideas and principles that express the essence of your unique message.

Articulate the challenge or suffering you are passionate about addressing and the solution you offer.

Along with contemplation and journaling time there will be small and large-group exercises to integrate masterful leadership presence with your inspiring words.
